Approach

Our approach at Well Then Therapy is based on an all-encompassing therapeutic experience. We collaborate with you to infuse meaning into your life and rediscover the restorative essence within you. This is done by equipping ourselves with a wide range of techniques across many evidence-based modalities. Above all, we understand and welcome your individuality to therapy. We will work together to discover what techniques or theories resonate with you in order to best the trials and tribulations you are currently facing.


We are grounded in Jungian Analytical Psychology. Due to this grounding, we use techniques such as dreamwork and active imagination to truly embrace your holistic sense of Self. Both these techniques are established in the scientific sphere and have garnered much attention in the mental health field as a way to do your inner work during times of distress.
